In South Sikkim, at Kamrang, Namchi, Sikkim Alpine University (SAU) was founded in 2021 with a strong commitment to excellence in research and cutting-edge teaching methods. It was established as a state-owned private university under the jurisdiction of the government of Sikkim. Students from all social strata and all corners of the world are welcome on the SAU campus.
Sikkim Alpine University (SAU) provides a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs at the master's and doctoral levels, both on its campus and through distance learning online.
